To delete cloaked pages, click the menu item "Delete Pages". Select the cloaked pages you want to delete, then click the Delete button.
You can use the [Shift] and [Ctrl] keys to aid in the selection of multiple pages. Hold down [Ctrl] and click to deselect a page.
